In my own experience and observation, I have attended the teaching of many teachers who genuinely care for us and make the difficult subjects easier to understand. Some teachers have the unique way of delivering the difficult concepts into simple ideas, they use the real-world examples while teaching and if not, understandable they repeat the concepts whenever we needed. They don’t rush to finish the syllabus instead they focus on whether the students are truly understanding the concepts.
Another important one is patience. Teachers who clarify the doubts and revise key points and make the time for students.
I have also been observed that the teacher’s make comfortable environment and students feel safe to make mistakes, feel free to ask their doubts without any hesitation.
I think the concept isn’t difficult, the way of teaching matter, right?
