Many health conditions like hypertension, diabetes, and high cholesterol can remain silent for years without obvious symptoms. Yet many people avoid regular health check-ups unless they start feeling sick.
Sometimes it may be because of busy lifestyles, fear of diagnosis, financial concerns, or simply assuming “nothing is wrong.”
But by the time symptoms appear, the condition may already have progressed significantly.
This made me realize how important preventive healthcare and early screening really are in reducing long-term complications.
What do you think prevents people from prioritizing preventive health check-ups?
