Feeling healthy is a positive sign, but knowing your health status is even more powerful.
Do you think people should get regular health check-ups even when they feel completely healthy? Why or why not?
I think prevention is always better than waiting for symptoms. Feeling healthy is great, but it doesn’t always tell us what’s happening internally. Regular health checks can give us peace of mind and help detect silent conditions at an early stage
Regular health checkup plays an important role in maintaining Good health. People of higher age particularly need this, but as far as today’s lifestyle is considered it should be a common practice irrespective of age.
Although I think regular health check-ups can be beneficial, they can sometimes come with a mental load too. Even slight changes in values, which may or may not be clinically significant or corrected naturally by the body, can become a constant source of stress.
I completely agree. Regular check-ups are important, but it’s important to remember that not every variation in a test result means something is wrong.
