What’s stopping.. Laziness that comes along with morning to move out of the bed and start working out.

Yes, exercises helps to boost one’s energy and helps to enhance as well as regulate endocrine system, which more or less gets messed up with this sedentary lifestyle leading to life-threatening conditions. Hence, sparing 10 mins in morning help in having a healthy lifestyle for the future. However, killing the procrastination actively is the breaking stone to burn some calories out.

Sometimes it’s tiredness, late nights due to my little one, or the morning household chores—but honestly, it often comes down to a bit of laziness and self‑neglect!

But I definitely notice a significant difference on days with physical activity compared to days without it.

Only when we make an active decision to step up, our routine can change. Giving 10 minutes for a quick workout consisting of any kind of movement will improve our quality of life. We can slowly start seeing the benefits of doing that too
