Morning routine

I know it can vary by person to person but suggest a generic healthy morning routine backed by scientific benefits both ayurveda and modern medicine

Waking up before or during sunrise is told to be great for brain productivity and going for a morning walk or jog …

Everyone does have different morning routines but I try not to use social media on my phone much within 1 hr of waking up. It negatively impacts our dopamine levels so it makes it harder for us to focus through out the day. Try doing this and you will see a difference in your productivity and energy levels in your day.

Warm water empty stomach - aida digestion, detoxification, improves circulation and also aid’s in weight management. Even add ginger and lemon to balance inflammation and bloating.

The only way to make your morning routine productive is to keep ourselves from social media consumption. As it can the most productive ours all the day and you will not even realise that while consuming.

Additionally, everyone has already shared quite productive morning routines that one should follow.

wake up early ( before sunrise)
doing yoga
then normal work life
using less electronic devices
