Exams were there within 2 months. Panic mode on. Anexity started .No knowing exactly where to start and what to do next.
At that time I calm myself . And ensure own self this too shell pass.
Started by understanding what I know already, topic ,chepter, case or concept which is important for exam.
Look for previous year exam paper to go though important topics.make a list of them ,divided based on subdivision for easy understanding.
First looked for question which have easy understanding and easily available material. Going through them once help to make feel okk this much I have completed.
Then look for others material, data or article which need to know. Combine all data and material.
Now we are ready to face it. Revised them . Learn them. Add new material if required. And remind yourself you can do it.
You can’t do everything at once. But address step by step ,one thing at a time and you will grow further
At that time how you approach to problem and look for solution is important. Its not just about exam ,it apply to everyday life.
How do you usually deal with situations when everything feels overwhelming?
True, With my exam approaching, gathering practice material often feels difficult, which makes it easy to procrastinate. But this only leads to last-minute pressure and feeling unprepared. In the end, it all comes down to consistency—without it, things become much harder for me.
I just sit down n start to make list of short topics and long topics to be studied in every subject.
Then collect and arrange all study materials of all subjects.
I start studying with short ones so that it gives relaxation that most of them are learned and few long ones are remaining. This way I can give more time to long ones.
This approach is so important. When the syllabus is huge, breaking it down into what I know vs what I need to learn makes it feel manageable. I usually make specific checklist subjects to study for the day, this helps me follow the task daily.
