What do you do when you feel low?

Feeling low is very common . So what do you do to deal with it?

I read self - help books. Night and free times are for reading books for me. So, then the points of the books comes to my mind when I feel low during the day. Keeping myself active is another way.

Music works best, hobbies alsoโ€ฆ but if nothing works then just sleep you will feel good after a nice sleepโ€ฆ

Try to do my favorite things which can distract my mind and can make it calm and happy .

I sit with the feeling for some time then i journal about it (deep reflection) and the next day im again chirping and playing around lol

I prefer going for a walk and engaging in some physical exercise. Bhramari pranayam also helps me a lot.

Writing down your feelings while listening to music or even going out for a walk or just by exercising or even dancing.

Fortunately I have some good friends, I rant to them , and if it is morning time I go for jogging, it works like magic the dopamine after the jogging wonโ€™t let you feel down .

Distracting myself by doing thinks like cooking, watching some movies ,because i think the more you sit free, your mind will remind you that particular thing you are upset about

I would like to hear some musics that to the old melody songs which heals you in a soft manner

Iโ€™ll just let tears flow. I donโ€™t control tears, I just cry out alone, it actually makes me feel better, after which Iโ€™ll just take a walk, read a book or write a blog or do something I love. I thought crying is weakness but trust me itโ€™s not, its the way your body lets the stress out.

I just meditate.

Engaging in things that makes you happy would definitely help at the lowest times. In my case, it would be watching my plants or gardening or a chat with a loved one or a coffee definitely helps.
