What do you do when you feel low?

I listen to music when I feel low

Feeling low is very common, and when I experience it, I turn to motivational quotes and books that help me regain energy and rebuild my self-confidence. I also run to my parents they are my biggest source of strength. In this whole world, they’re the ones who lift me up with words like β€˜You can’ and β€˜You will’ never ever give up.’ Their encouragement always helps me bounce back."

To be honest, I take a nap when I feel low now a days.

I walk when I feel low.

Many times i feel low at that time i will go to my friends and we talked either go to bike ride.
If i am home then i play games .
It is common to feel low but never get it into anxiety or stress mode.

First of all, I go away from the noise around, the excess of anything that’s happening in the surrounding like lot of bright white light and lot of communication as that creates a safe space for me to feel that I am low. Feeling low is not a degrading feeling, not having a space to properly feel and analyze that emotion is what makes it more overwhelming. I mostly try to understand why I am feeling low. Sometimes I get the answer and sometimes I do not. So when I do not get the answer related to why I am feeling low, I just allow that emotion to float through till it can and simultaneously I concentrate on the activities of the present moment.

I start reading something interesting that change my mind and thought. Sometimes I see horror movies so that my mind divert.
