What biotechnology industry expects from Btech/BSC/BA graduates ?

There is always been a question in undergraduates minds about what skills to have or what industry really expects from them, All of them usually thinks they are supposed to have a good practical skills and and multiple amount of certification.

I have heard from many industry experts and professors that they really expect a graduate need to have concept knowledge, foundational knowledge, basic mathematics with basic practical knowledge. Even if one of them is stronger you have a high demand in industry the more knowledge you carry with you the more its easy for you to get into industry, marks certification is just a proof it cannot test your knowledge.

To improve your basic practical knowledge and to get a basic overview of industry its good to do multiple internship to get a overview of work and understand your knowledge in your undergraduate degree.

Thats all you need to, lets not stress over things take it as a challenge and work for it !! :flexed_biceps: :100:
