🧟 Walking Corpse Syndrome ???

:zombie: Walking Corpse Syndrome

Patient insists they’re dead or missing organs?

:brain: It’s Cotard’s Syndrome — a rare nihilistic delusion
:right_anger_bubble: Claims may include:
• ā€œI have no heartā€
• ā€œI’m already deadā€
• ā€œMy organs have vanishedā€

Seen in severe depression, psychosis, or neurological disorders

A mind so lost it believes life is gone…

This is so sad.
How are they living if they believe they are dead?

Cotard’s syndrome!
Also know Hypochondriasis - where patients feel the constant urge that something is wrong with them. Or even a mild problem makes them think of the worst diagnosis.

Interesting condition.

It is a rare mental disorder where patients truly believe they’re dead or don’t exist. It’s a haunting mix of delusion, depression, and detachment.
