Vegetarian vs Non-vegetarian

Killing animals for food is unnecessary and cruel when plant-based alternatives are available.Meat production contributes significantly to deforestation, water wastage, and greenhouse gas emissions.A plant-based diet is healthier, reducing the risk of heart disease, obesity, and other lifestyle-related illnesses.The world cannot sustain the increasing demand for meat; plant-based diets are the future for food security.

Even though plant based diet is considered to be healthy for heart and less in calories for healthy living, deforestation is also caused by farming.
Agriculture is definitely a major cause for deforestation.

Medically speaking, vegetarians have advantages. Lean weight, less chances of heart disease and cancer, particularly colon cancer. But vegetarians
must ensure good protein intake.

Human beings do not have to eat non-vegetarian food. One anatomical argument supporting this is the length of the human large intestine, which is approximately 5.5 meters long. In contrast, animals that primarily consume meat typically have much shorter large intestines, around 1.5 meters, because meat digests more quickly and doesn’t require prolonged fermentation. The longer human intestine suggests that our digestive system is better suited for a plant-based diet, which requires more time for digestion and absorption of nutrients.

Yes, It’s true that the need for plant based diet is increasing but also some basic vitamin & mineral supplements are actually not available with plant based diet. Example the Vitamin D is obtained from Cod Fish Liver Oil. Shocking point is that even medicines are sometimes made from that compounds. Hence, it’s upto the person to understand & choose wisely about their diets.

Promote Healthy Diet and aim for a good lifestyle. Non Vegetarian food items are considered unhealthy in geographical way as well as spiritual way because the sea food as well as animals undergo food chain cycle lager one eats smaller ones and smaller ones even eat other smaller ones.

Hence, due to this food chain cycle you don’t know that how, when, where that being was stale or infected ultimately infecting a human being. According to Spiritual point of view every being carries some residual karma and it’s energies, due to some bad or good experiences their energies change. Which ultimately causes energy shift in a human being leading to bad mood, bad stomach problems, etc. Hence in this point of view non Vegetarian food items are considered bad and people are now shifting to plants. Although having non Vegetarian food items in your diet for sometimes doesn’t create disbalance, it actually completes your diet.

Hence, people can make more use of plant based diets and less use of non vegetarian food items but do not completely banish it from your diet.
