Using the treadmill especially with poor technique or without rest can contribute to joint issues

Excessive use of your joints in the same position for a long time can cause joint pain. Or causes inflammation of the tendon ( tendinitis ) so it is better to take a break while you workout and not excessive workout according to my idea.

Yes sir :100:

  • Athletes often push past their limits to improve endurance, but they also follow a proper diet plan and take adequate rest.

  • For a normal person, excessive strain can be harmful. While occasional physical activity is okay, frequent overexertion can lead to serious consequences, including joint immobility, joint pain, shin splints, weakened ligaments, and arthritis.

Yes, excessive of anything is not good. We should use treadmill in moderation.

See what I feel like is excessive use of treadmill don’t cause the arthiritis but the way and the technique you are using is affecting the health and see if a person is grinding of same type of excercise ofc he’s gonna some muscle issue but I don’t think direct affect on joints mainly arthritis will develop

Using the treadmill is good for health but when we use this treadmill with the high speed we will sense the joint pain and feeling like a weakness. At that time we should stop by continuing it may lead to arthritis.
