Thank you for raising awareness about this. Early diagnosis really is essential in RA to halt progressive joint involvement

People with arthritis should be educated on following the recommended instructions to slow down the degenerative changes.

Orthopaedicians suggest a few simple things like

  • Avoid sitting down
  • Avoid sitting cross-legged
  • Avoid using stairs(For people in severe stage of arthritis-stage 2 to 4)
  • Inculcate the habit of walking
  • Muscle strengthening exercises

What a crucial reminder! :blue_heart: World Arthritis Day serves as a reminder that arthritis is not limited to the elderly. When it comes to pain management and enhancing quality of life, early detection and diagnosis are crucial. :stethoscope: Encouraging people to talk about their symptoms reduces stigma and encourages prompt medical attention. Together, letโ€™s promote compassion and understanding! :globe_showing_europe_africa: How can we raise awareness in our communities more effectively, in your opinion?
