Okay so first of all theoretical knowledge is very important related to GMP, it’s a legal requirement to maintain trust and safety in every medicine we take. And to grasp practical skill you need to take hands on experience by working in laboratories no doubt. Yes! I’m slowly exploring tech skills along with my pharma background. I recently started a beginner course in biostatistics and found it really helpful to understand clinical research data better.
