Hypertension truly is a silent danger it often shows no symptoms, but the damage builds over time. That’s why routine blood pressure checks are so important, even if you feel fine.

Simple changes like cutting down salt, staying active, managing stress, and following your meds can make a big difference. Hypertension might be common, but with awareness and the right steps, it’s completely manageable. Prevention is always better than crisis care.

Yes, it is easily manageable by adopting certain significant lifestyle requirements like a restful and rejuvenating sleep, a good diet with less salt consumption in all the dishes, a gentle walking routine, managing stress, anxiety, anger/aggressiveness and impatience, practicing the yoga postures that can help in feeling the internal calm etc. Currently, hypertension is mostly in rise within the country due to consumption of high-salty outside foods along with processed or junk foods and because of fast lifestyle with lots of stress everyday. A practice that’s sustainable should be adopted to reduce this disease burden.
