Our fast-paced routines, lack of physical activity, poor diet, and stress are major contributors.

Diabetes and hypertension are both diseases that people of the Indian subcontinent have a genetic predisposition to making it hard to prevent, but we are also lethargic with remedies. The medical treatment approaches leave much to be desired. Most people prefer natural remedies and local medical centres do not have the means to effectively treat either problem, making it more common in India.

The good news is that early lifestyle changes like regular exercise, balanced diets, and stress management can significantly reduce the risk before it becomes a lifelong condition.
