Subconcious mind - the silent part of the brain that works constantly beyond our thinking limits . Ever experienced why some of the habits we try to change but somehow they just stay with us that’s because of the subconscious mind !
Subconscious mind is the store room of our thoughts , memories , emotions and mainly the habits . Hence it is rightly said that as you think as you do the same you become. I would never understand why it is said so untill I on my own had an little experience .
So when I was in class 7th , I remember a moment that stayed with me for years. I was asked to answer a question in class. I stood up, a little nervous, and tried to respond. Before I could finish, a few classmates had a chit chat and they started laughing, and the teacher quickly moved on to someone else.
At that moment, it seemed small. But it stayed in my subconcious mind forever that if I speak in front of others it will lead to an embarrassment.
After that, without even realizing it, I started avoiding raising my hand in the class. Even when I knew the answer, I used to stay silent .
Years later, when I started working on myself—practiced speaking and got to know exactly what is right and what is wrong for me —I slowly healed from the belief of embarrassment. I realized that it was not me but it was my subconscious mind which always stopped me from exploring new things.
Subconscious mind is the way deeper concept than we actually think . The sportsperson who constantly keep believing themselves even after the loses are the ones who would comeback stronger just because they have trained or shaped their subconcious mind in that particular way .
So henceforth , try to plant what you want in return . If you plant the positive thoughts you will get the same in return.
