Everyday thousands of thoughts comes across our mind- worriers, memories,ideas, questions, overthinking, replaying conversations, thinking about future , analysing past…..but we mostly don’t react.
We ignore by staying busy, scrolling phone and by passing time every thought feels like overthinking blowing our mind.
Imagine sitting silently focusing on the thoughts what are they trying to tell you, feel calmly ,don’t question just listen to yourself. You don’t need answer to every thought, don’t fight . Just watch them come and go.
Not every question needs a answer.
Not every worry needs a solution.
Not every thought deserves your energy.
Just sit and listen to them calmly, pause and breathe. Peace don’t always come from silent mind. It always comes with allowing to think and understand yourself.
