I think it’s high time for all of us to understand mental exhaustion and its impact on our health.
As doctors it’s an high demanding job in the aspect of constant decision making, physical exhaustion, sleep deprivation etc…
And practicing few minutes to half an hour of spiritual practices like yoga, medications, self help books, podcasts etc…
Can really help to keep us recharged, rejuvenating and calm.
What are your thoughts on this and what spiritual practices do u perform???
I think spiritual practices like meditation, yoga, or prayer are very important for doctors. They help us stay calm, balanced, and handle stress better. Just 10–15 minutes daily can really make a big difference. Here’s a clear answer you could write for “Spirituality practice as doctors…. Our needs. It’s good for our patients too because a calm mind helps us make better decisions. I believe every doctor should include some spiritual practice in daily routine.
Exercises always help improve our mood. Likewise with yoga and meditation.. Also find time for yourself, the so called “Me time” is very important. Find some time to do something you love.
