How do some people sleep for only 3-4 hours but still feel fresh and energized?
To get proper and improved sleep, I follow these practices:
-
Regular exercise helps with sleep quality, but I prefer morning or afternoon workouts; evening exercise can interfere with sleep for some people.
-
I challenge myself to be productive during the day, which helps me feel fulfilled before bedtime.
-
Taking a warm shower before sleep relaxes me, and drinking lukewarm milk afterwards promotes a calming effect.
-
Sleeping in a cool, dark room creates a sleep-conducive environment.
-
I limit screen time before bed to avoid blue light exposure, which can disrupt sleep patterns.
I think all tips to improve sleep quality are already shared by everyone, so I’m going to ask another question that’s been stuck in my head:
How many hours of sleep are required per day?
Some members suggested 7-8 hours, but do we definitely need that many hours?
Avoid screen time before going into bed.
I will use this tip : I will avoid the screen at least one hour before the bed.
Great tips!
I’d also add:

Keep a “worry journal” if your thoughts keep you up
Herbal teas like chamomile can help calm the mind
Avoid heavy meals right before sleep
