Is screen time affecting your sleep quality?

According to me too much screen time definitely affects sleep quality. Using phones or laptops late at night makes it harder to fall asleep because the blue light messes with our natural sleep cycle. It also keeps the mind active when it should be relaxing, which leads to poor or broken sleep. Reducing screen time before bed has personally helped me sleep better.

Yes, it definitely affects our sleep.
When we cannot fall asleep, we often reach for our phones to watch something thinking it might help. But it usually does the opposite. The screen just keeps our mind more active and delays sleep even further.

Yes,definitely it affects the sleep quality because we are indulged in watching /scrolling on the phone we forget about the time and just keeps it going on and delay to fall asleep.

This is very true, and it is a good reminder to keep watch of one’s screen time. Thank You!

Yes, screen time can affect sleep quality. The blue light from screens suppresses melatonin production, making it harder to fall asleep. Exposure to screens before bed can disrupt sleep patterns, leading to poor sleep quality, fatigue, and other health issues.

Irony here is, we all know this right ..but we still keeps on using our mobile phones during bed time,
Should be focussing on how to restrain ourselves from using one .
