We’re not lazy. We’re just tired.
Tired in a way that sleep doesn’t always fix.
Tired of pushing ourselves to meet expectations we didn’t even set.
There’s this constant pressure to keep doing more.
Be productive. Be positive. Be strong.
But what if we’re just trying to get through.
Truth is, some of us are carrying a lot.
Silently.
We’re just burnt out.
Worn out from always trying to prove we’re doing enough.
If you’re feeling this too, you’re not alone.
And it’s okay to pause.

This undoubtedly strikes home. The mere fact that one seems to appear fine on the outside doesn’t mean the fact that they aren’t fighting on their inner side. At times, exhaustion is a lot more than a lack of sleep. It’s the burden of expectations we constantly carry.
Yes , due to our hectic schedule of life either college/office culture we couldn’t meet our actual sleep cycle and it make us exhausted for all the rest of the day.
It is the burden of responsibility which we are carrying making us tired.
