Feeling tired has become so common today that many people treat it as a normal part of life. Students, working professionals, and even teenagers often say things like “I’m exhausted” or “I have no energy,” even after resting. But is this really normal, or is our lifestyle silently affecting our health?
One major reason could be poor sleep schedules, excessive screen time, unhealthy eating habits, stress, and lack of physical activity. Many people stay awake late at night scrolling through phones, skipping meals, or constantly multitasking without giving their mind and body proper rest.
Sometimes, constant fatigue may also be linked to nutritional deficiencies such as low iron, vitamin D, or vitamin B12 levels. Mental exhaustion, anxiety, and burnout can also make people feel physically drained.
Our body often gives warning signs before bigger health problems appear, but we usually ignore them until they start affecting daily life. Also, being “constantly tired” should not be normalized anymore.
Maybe we really need to slow down a little and take our health more seriously. What do you think?
