Feeling butnout even while doing everything right?

Attending every lecture. Grabbing every opportunity. Being everywhere all the time. But somehow still feeling exhausted both mentally and physically like how do we cope up with this as “active” students?

I’d love to know how you guys handle this fatique!

we often forget that rest is also productivity. Coping starts with checking in on yourself, carving out breathing space, and letting go of the guilt of missing out.

This description is literally describes me… Honestly.. i accept and talk to an old friend.. visit a temple for the calmness, will not work the entire day treat myself with good food…

Burnout is so real that is why we need to give ourselves rest in between. We should try not to be guilty of not studying or missing out some opportunity while we are taking breaks. I try taking breaks by doing something I enjoy or going somewhere out.
