Yes, I’ve heard about salt therapy @Kothwalzabeen and it sounds really interesting! I like that it’s a natural, drug-free way to help with breathing and skin issues. The idea of inhaling tiny salt particles to reduce inflammation and clear mucus makes a lot of sense.

Ok .

Yes, I’ve heard about salt therapy and always found it fascinating how a natural element like salt can support respiratory and skin health. The fact that it’s drug-free and still offers therapeutic benefits makes it more appealing, especially for people who are looking for alternative or supportive treatments. But at the same time, I believe people should be well-informed that it’s not a replacement for medical treatment, especially in chronic cases. Also, I didn’t know it’s not recommended for heart disorder and severe lung patients—thanks for highlighting that!

Halotherapy is like nature’s gentle nudge calming, refreshing, and potentially beneficial but not a cure-all. It works best as a complementary therapy, not a substitute for medical care.

Salt therapy can help in improving specifically those lung conditions that can get better by thinning of the mucus, airway clearance, and inflammation reduction as salt results in that. Salt may also cause cough, irritation, and eye reactions in some people, so in those cases this therapy can be avoided. People who have open wounds also should refrain from taking this therapy. Overall, salt therapy is not regulated yet specifically in terms of the scientific protocols it should follow, as currently the protocols differ and the results are not reproducible. Better to go for this therapy when it exists in the settings that are operating under complete medical supervision.
