The name bath salts sound innocent but these are powerful and dangerous stimulant drugs.
Generally used as a white or off white powder, mostly in small plastic or foil packages.the drugs are usually snorted. They also can be swallowed smoked or mixed with a liquid and injected with a syringe.

Interesting ! There are other types of bath salts as well that are generally dissolved in bath-water which are commonly used for muscle pain relief or recovery, reducing stress and also promote better sleep.

Bath salts especially those with epsom salts are known to relax sore muscles ,calm the mind , improve sleep even help with stress and skin detox
even doctors recommend epsom salt soaks for people with muscle cramps, arthritis or skin conditions like eczema .
