Biggest mistake you made before exams?

studying only 1 day back and just focussing to pass instead of working on over all concept

Panicking and due to that forgetting already studied topics, so being calm before the exam can help us retain important terms and key words for the exam

:blue_book::sweat_smile: What would you do differently if you could go back, timeline-wise or method-wise?

:face_holding_back_tears::smiling_face_with_tear:Yea panicking makes you forget everything. Did you use any techniques to call yourself down in such scenarios?

i would prepare at least 1 month before and will divide the topics and then wont study much 1 day before.will take the break and relax last day after studyng whole month

Focusing too much on one topic.

Few questions were asked on the topic I studied and I was not able to answer other questions due to my insufficient knowledge.

Over-focusing on one topic can create a false sense of preparedness. :books: While depth is important, medicine demands both breadth and integration of knowledge. :stethoscope:

Panicking ,More than studying I would compare myself with my friends and get apprehensive that they completed many chapters and I didn’t.

My biggest mistake was definitely the all-nighter. I thought cramming more facts was better, but I just ended up with ‘brain fog’ during the actual paper. From biochemical side, brain literally needs sleep to ‘save’ what we learned, now I prioritize a solid 6 hours over that last-minute panic!
