How do you handle situations where you feel pressured by friends or peers?
I think, the peer pressue is more of how you deal with the situation.
But, at the same time, your family plays a big part in it.
When I feel pressured by friends or peers, I try to pause and reflect on what I truly want before responding. Setting boundaries isn’t always easy, but staying true to myself helps me feel more confident and at peace.
When you feel pressured by friends , peers or anyone else its best to take a moment to step back and see if thats what you really want. Its not an easy process but standing up for yourself gets better with the right mindset and practice.
By acceptance that this is how I wanna learn grow and this is my pace… And to understand that what’s right for myself… And where am I getting with this pressure.
Be clear on your boundaries and what you allow even your friends and saying no clearly

I have fallen for peer pressure. We all want to do what everyone is doing.
Be it attending an event or selecting any stream, we are always affected by others opinions. But now with time, I have realized that ‘I’ come first. We need to value ourselves first and shouldn’t be a push over.
