Okra is a tender green vegetable grown in the hot humid , climate known for the high fibre content and okra is originated in west Africa
Benefits of okra water
Increases cervical mucus production - The nutrition in okra is to increase the mucus production ,which can alleviate the sensation of dryness
Boost immune system -okra water contains vitamin c which helps to strengthen the body against infection , virus, and diseases

Ingredients - Fresh okra ( 1 or 2 pounds depending on the size of the jar )Glass jar ,water , strainer
Preparation -

Wash the okra water and remove the stems

Slice the okra pods or chop coarsely

Refrigerate and let sit for 8 hours or overnight

How to drink : okra water has neutral taste and slimy, thick texture diluting the liquid make easy to consume
Use okra water one part two part other liquid
Add mint to enhance the flavour
It can also used in juices mojito smoothies , blends and tea infusion.
