Definitely not a replacement for your meds or proper treatment. You can use it alongside your routine, sure. Just don’t go chewing neem leaves thinking your diabetes is cured

Nope. Absolutely, Ayurveda is a beautiful medical science and it cures totally, but in this fast moving age we can’t wait that long for result. The disease progression happens fast and the only antidote to it is allopathy.
You can take Ayurveda as supplementary, but never skip your meds.

While neem has been traditionally used for diabetes, and some studies suggest it might help lower blood sugar, especially neem leaf extract, neem oil specifically reducing sugar levels in diabetic patients isn’t definitively established or recommended as a standalone treatment.

Yes, neem can help reduce blood sugar levels. But we can’t use it as a definitive treatment. But yes Neem contains bioactive compounds like flavonoids, glycosides that help suppress glucose surges and improve insulin sensitivity. Studies have shown that neem leaf extracts can decrease blood glucose levels in both animal models and human trials, with some studies even showing significant improvements in insulin resistance.
So I think neem is a fact.

I would say it’s a fact !

Fact

  • Its probably just a fact nothing else it won’t prove efficient in any way to diabetic patients .

We can use neem oil to prevent the progression at some extent as a natural resource with no side effects.
But yes, not a proper replacement or problem solver.

Neem oil or neem extracts may help lower blood sugar levels by improving insulin sensitivity, according to some small-scale human and animal studies.
It shouldn’t, however, take the place of prescribed diabetes medication because the evidence is weak.
Before using neem to treat diabetes, always get medical advice.
