My first interview experience at an Oncology Research Company

  1. 1st round with the Team Lead :office_building:

It was a 1 on 1 question Q & A round related to Basics of Oncology. Almost like a viva experience in college

  1. 2nd round was MCQ with application based questions related to the JD (Job Description) and Oncology in detail :writing_hand:

  2. 3rd round was Interview with the Senior Manager to know the job expectations and few more theoretical questions. :dizzy:

  3. HR round about salary expectation :star_struck:

Since many companies have similar interview rounds, this is to give you all
some idea about how the interview process works.

So basically focus on the JD and prepare. Good luck!
