Preparing well for the interview is the first step. Many a time candidates go to the interview without even looking at the website of the company or organization. What to say more!

There were 2 wonderful webinars I had attended a few days ago regarding the same by the topmost career coaches of the country.
A common method of ultimate preparedness among both included

  1. Don’t approach as a job seeker, approach as a problem solver or a value-giver
  2. It helps if you get in touch with ex employees of the institute and sit with them to gently pan out any details the company greatly appreciates and mentioning that in your replies. It gives the impression of genuine concern for their development.
  3. Show slight confidence to the qualifications you hold, because they determine the value you give to them eventually.
  4. In a scenario where you find yourself sloping downward to a good interview, end it with cordial and candidly positive responses. The look of distress on your face wont be appreciated by anyone.
