Mobile games often do more harm than good, particularly money-based ones like rummy, which can lead to financial risks and unhealthy habits. On the other hand, games like carrom and chess, when played offline, can be beneficial, they help improve focus, strategic thinking, and cognitive skills.

Mobile games are now a part of our daily routine, but instead of spending long hours on them, it’s better to balance with outdoors games that encourage interaction and keeps us physically active.

I used to play lots of games as a teenager. But now as an adult I don’t really have the interest to play any mobile games. I don’t know why but I just can’t sit down and play a game for more than 5 minutes.

It just doesn’t interest me anymore as it used to and I don’t feel like spending my time on that.

Even when I try to play a game, my mind just cannot focus on it because I keep thinking about all the work that I can get done during that time, or about other better ways to spend my time rather than playing mobile games.

I have loved and played mobile games during my school and college life. Some games are good; they teach you strategy, solving complex puzzles, and teamwork, but one of the most important parts is the duration. Playing mobile games does no harm until it’s in moderation; when a person is addicted and can’t stop, then that’s a problem. It’s a good way to relax the mind, but it should always be in moderation.

Online games used to be a part of my childhood. I grew up playing both outdoor and online games and it was fun and enjoyable time of the day. But, as a growing adult, I have let go of that habit. I prefer spending time on other stuff and work on myself. I either read novels or write my journal or complete my academic tasks.

Online games are fun when played responsibly and for a short duration of time. But in this generation, where the kids are addicted to the phones, it has become a growing concern and it affects their growth and cognitive abilities. It is necessary to moderate the gaming time, especially for the kids.
