Yes, lemon can be helpful in diabeties management because it have very little sugar and doesn’t spike blood glucose levels also Lemon water before meals can slow digestion and reduce sugar absorption or boost digestion. It’s is beneficial for health although it’s natural.
However we directly don’t not consider it as superfood .
