Last minute exam stress is so common. Whether being fully prepared for your exam there is always last-minute anxiety and nervousness specially if you have prepared for some competitive exam.

Affirmations, deep breathing , knwing that i have put in my 100% efforts which is what matters and that is what i know (before giving exam)

In that situation i tell myself that if I can come this far I can also face this , will see what happens I have to give ny best๐Ÿ˜€

My advice would be-
Cramming in the final hour often leads to confusion and overload.

Instead, review key summaries, formulas, or mind maps if needed.
Itโ€™s about revising, not relearning.

Not a usual things, but I do prefer to not study in the last few minutes before the exams - that really helps me to remain focus and calm.
For me, it assures that whatever I have studied I will be able to present in much better way than the hurries.

Spending the last couple of moments having a little coffee, chatting with a classmate and avoiding heavy discussions on what was missed out, and in my case a 30 sec call with my mother did wonders for my last minute stress.
