Thyroiditis, an autoimmune disease can be cured by controlling stress, balanced diet along with proper medication.
Acquiring balanced healthy diet, following exercise and meditation, quitting alcohol, smoking and drugs can bring changes or some of the auto immune disease can be managed.
These will reduce inflammation, thus helping to improve health.
some autoimmune conditions like early-stage rheumatoid arthritis can show improvement with simple lifestyle changes—like eating a balanced diet, regular exercise, better sleep, and stress reduction—along with proper medical care.
