Hi you need to make dietary changes, with diet high in fibre along with the lifestyle changes a longrecommended medications, that will help in curing inflammatory bowel disease, and crohn’s disease usually travels in family as genetic disease, do test for that too

  1. Primordial group → lowest risk … Diet and lifestyle changes

  2. Primary group → moderate risk … Diet , preventing exposure to pollution and quit smoking

  3. Secondary → high risk … Other than proper diet , may also include certain preventive medications and checking the symptomatic red flags

  4. Tertiary → highest risk … Medications, early treatment and monitoring
