Lifestyle and capital…can be two considerable factors

It’s a very personal decision, driven by various factors like specialized training, research opportunities, or better pay It depends on various factors:-

Many excellent Indian doctors choose to explore global careers, contributing their skills worldwide.
It’s about finding the best fit for one’s professional aspirations.

It is not wrong, many pursue better opportunities, research and growth abroad. However there is a moral argument to give back especially if education was subsidized. Ultimately, it depends on personal values and growth but serving humanity enywhere is meaningful.

It depends on person to person.
Someone who can afford mbbs education in India can persure it here in india. And after there graduation if they want to go abroad they can shift depending upon what they want to pursue.

I believe it’s a personal choice. I pursued MBBS in India, but going abroad for further studies can offer great exposure. Serving elsewhere doesn’t mean forgetting our roots or values.

It will be ones personal choice.
Somes dreams will be to settle in foreigns, so they work for it.

Just one sentence, do what your heart says

Yes it is a important factor.

Further studies in abroad is everyones dream irrespective of degree and post graduation studies especially after MBBS in abroad is a dream achievement for doctors out there.

Depends on personal choice, if its your dream then you should do

It sounds like a moral or ethical issue. Dealing with the issue on moral or ethical grounds, yes, it may hurt us that we are trained in a country and then leave it for greener pastures. But, there is another aspect to it. Listen to the song ‘Chithhi aayi hai’ and you will understand that. There is a price that you pay when you relocate or move from for eg Delhi to Dehradoon or Delhi to Dallas!

Now coming to policy aspect of this issue. Well, remember why states are created!
"Governments are created to safeguard inherent rights like "Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness”. - Thomas Jefferson. In my opinion, individual liberty is more important than anything else. The state is no one to impinge upon my rights.
So after graduation, you choose kala handi of Orissa or Gadchiroli of Nagpur area or serve in Somalia or Burundi or settle down in Manhattan NY or Hollywood in LA (where rioters are running amok right now with Trump sending more and more national security guards (NSG) or go back to your birthplace and serve your buddies and socializing with them - remember your liberty is the core principle.
Whatever you do, do not forget to greet your patients and introduce yourself!
