Anatomy textbook by Dr BD Chaurasia we used to read even though the standard textbook was Grey’s Anatomy, in addition to Cunningham for dissection.

Yes BDC and Vishram Singh are the most read Anatomy books.
Standard book remains Grey’s anatomy and for ATLAS Netter’s is good!

Yea, BDC still comes as a “standard book” amongst Indian students. And for exams it’s a must to read.
As I had read both books:
BDC has a simple and easy to understand book in comparison to grays and BDC has a region wise approach which is based upon mbbs exams in India.
On the other hand Gray’s anatomy has more good diagrams… More conceptual and informative. Both books do have applied anatomy and clinical relations but Grays over powers here BDC in terms of clinical relations.
Although would prefer reading BDC as a main book and gray as a side book to Indian students… As it’s important for exams.
