Indeed. I still remember the cyanotic heart disease explained so well in OPG. The flow diagrams were so easy to understand. Dr Seeta Sinclair chaptered some of those topics is what I remember.

I would suggest “Ghai Essential Pediatrics” most widely recommended and trusted textbook for undergraduates in India and Meenakshi’s mam notes(Prepladder).

Ghai is amazing for essentials while Nelson is also good that was recommended to me by my teachers.
Also Clinical methods in pediatric by Piyush Gupta is also good from clinical point of view, not a very popular opinion though
