Lifestyle Diseases are the slow Pandemic

Lifestyle diseases doesn’t appear overnight, they appear due to the small habits we often ignore everyday. Each walk missed, each sleep sacrificed, each unhealthy bite slowly but definitely contributes to lifestyle diseases such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes etc. These diseases can be prevented by some small changes in our everyday life but people usually ignore it making this one of the leading causes to death.

true , we ignore many sign and symptoms. specially we youngster. And most of incidents are seen in young patient that were early found only in certain age.
