I’m not gluten free, but I’ve noticed how pricey those products can be. It really does feel like a luxury diet for many people.

gluten-free diet isn’t just for the rich, but it can be more expensive if you rely on specialty gluten-free products like bread, pasta, and snacks. However, it’s possible to eat gluten-free affordably by focusing on naturally gluten-free whole foods like rice, potatoes, vegetables, fruits, and legumes. With careful planning, a gluten-free diet can fit most budgets.

I feel like the term gluten-free gets thrown around as some kind of cause for concern these days, I’m not sure if there are any significant benefits to a gluten-free diet besides the mental placebo affect that you are being attentive towards your nourishment.
