Does a balanced diet really exists or it’s just a myth?

Absolutely exists and is a very do-able dietary lifestyle.
It doesn’t even take the kind if efforts exaggerated by some people.
When your body gets the right amounts of food, based on the right proportions, sufficient proteins, fiber and fats, you automatically feel full.
When you feel full, the inherent craving for excessive salts and sugars dramatically drops.
its like magic.
But the substitution of inflammatory foods to balanced portions of whole foods is a decision. Not a myth.

Yes, some of our home cooked meal is almost similar to a balanced diet. Rice dal vegetables- protein carbs and fiber. Correct me if I’m wrong.
