We women are also capable of doing things that male can do. we too deserve to get a chance in entering the leadership roles. We too know how to handle the leadership roles. If once anything can be learned then no one can stop us.

Slowly things are changing, Women are not just entering medical field, also leading it now. It feels inspiring to see them break barriers and create their own space. It really shows how strong and capable we are.

I truly agree to this point . Women is also capable of doing things that man all does . But even in certain places male are given preference than woman . We woman are struggling to get high standards as men . At present we are growing in every field that is one of the greatest thing . Education is the most powerful thing that makes the person stronger and the women need to be educated well and shine in their own paths

give all 50-50 balance, neither 40-80

Regardless of man or woman, the competent will conquer. It is truly wonderful to know that in today’s day and age, women are being given credit where credit is due.

This shift is truly inspiring @Shagufta
Women leaders bring fresh perspectives, empathy and collaboration to medical education and healthcare. Their growing presence is breaking stereotypes and creating a more inclusive, balanced environment—benefiting everyone involved.
It’s exciting to see how they’re reshaping the future for the better!

Actually. Even in my Pharmacy graduation batch, the percentage of boys was just nearly around 40, not even 50%. I was a little shocked at the very first day to see this but then felt happy to see the transformation from no education for females to the percentage of females in our batch.

It’s really great seeing women who was once confined to be in kitchen now leading the male dominated fields.

Women should be treated nicely in every academia , they also have potential.

I am glad more women are stepping into leadership now. I feel like regardless men or women, everyone with the skills and competence should be given equal chance to level up. Its inspiring to see prominent females figures in leadership positions.
