Autoimmune diseases arise from complex interplay between genetic predisposition and environment. where genetic is 30% significant and environmental is 70% including :- lifestyle, Infections, air pollution, chemicals in food and lack of physical activities.More durgs in body, occupational factors and adulterated food.
So while undergoing all above factors combined with broker sleep and slow metabolism leads to rise of many autoimmune disorders receently.
Examples-
1. autoimmune thyroid disorder:- it is related with excess iodine intake, selenium deficiency pesticide,exposure to radiation and infections
2. ADHD :- it is associated with prenatal exposure, toxin and social environment.
3. Rheumatoid arthritis - related to snoking
4. increasing lung diseases and cancer
So can we stop pollution or going outside?
answer is no
but then we can change air quality gradually and adopting good habits to make environmental brethable.
going back to organic foods and making them affordable
