Drinks To Keep You Hydrated This Summer

Staying hydrated this summer doesn’t need packaged, ultra-processed drinks loaded with sugar and unnecessary additives. Your body (and skin) will do much better with simple, fresh options.

Here are some genuinely hydrating choices:

  • Water ( ofcourse )

  • Coconut water (preferably straight from the coconut)

  • Fresh fruit juices (without added sugar)

  • Lemon water with a pinch of salt (natural oral rehydration)

  • Buttermilk (rich in probiotics and electrolytes)

  • Sugarcane juice (quick energy + hydration)

  • Infused water (mint, cucumber, citrus)

  • Aam panna (raw mango drink, helps prevent heat stress)

Skip the long labels. Go back to basics/drinks with only 2-3 ingredients list.

There are some very amazing and easy to make options to make and stay hydrated. Thankyou for sharing .

My favourite will always be the Jaljeera mint drink with a tangy punch and so tasty and full of hydration .

Keeping hydrated during summers is really important and drinking daily 2-3 litres of water can keep our body hydrated , reduces acidity , regulates body temperature, boosts energy .

well indeed sugarcane juice is an amazing refreshment for the heat but recently in Lucknow a case of adulteration was reported regarding the ice used in juice handed out to public. Beware and cautious about such factors as they can do more harm than good to your health.

Basic hydration with water, natural electrolytes, and minimally processed drinks helps in maintaining fluid balance. For me buttermilk and coconut water are my absolute favourite.
