To beat summer dehydration, I go for simple, refreshing drinks like water and coconut water, They’re natural and do the job well. I also love a chilled glass of lemon water or buttermilk. They’re tasty, hydrating, and help my body feel balanced.

Summers are best time for tasting refreshing drinks.
Few of many I like are :

  1. Coconut water: Rich in electrolytes, it’s perfect for replenishing fluids.
  2. Lemon water: Adds a burst of citrus flavor and vitamin C.
  3. Buttermilk: Helps replace lost electrolytes and probiotics.
  4. Cucumber juice: Refreshing and hydrating with cooling properties.
  5. Watermelon juice: Packed with water content and electrolytes.
  6. Electrolyte-rich drinks like ORS (oral rehydration solution) or sports drinks (for intense physical activity).

These drinks can help you stay hydrated and refreshed during the summer months.

In summer, drinking more water is very important. You can drink coconut water, cucumber-mint juice, or make simple drink at home with water, lemon, little salt, and honey. These drinks are easy to make, cool, and give fresh feeling. You can also keep Electral powder with you to drink anytime.

Go with traditional and handmade drinks rather than packed and preserved. Local vendors and local variety of drinks are the best. Firstly to fight the heat and secondly pocket friendly.

  1. Chaas (buttermilk)
  2. Nimbupani (Lemon water)
  3. Shikanji
  4. Kokam sherbat (Famous in Maharastra)
  5. Wood apple sherbat
  6. Jal jeera
  7. Aam pannah
  8. Coconut water
  9. Khus sherbat (good in summers)
