Reality check! Caffeine causes addiction and can also build tolerance ovvertime making you go more and more towards it. We must have caffeine breaks, maybe on holiday vacation we shouldn’t consume caffeine at all, and then the toleracne the need of caffeine and its quantity also significantly reduce.

I had a friend who would get these intense headaches if she skipped coffee 2 days in a row… it was unbearable for her… she wasn’t what I would call an addict, just the regular 2 cups a day, which most people have, I guess.

I usually drink 2 cups of coffee a day, but because of acidity problems, I’ve reduced it to one cup in the morning.

That is wild! It’s crazy how a socially acceptable daily habit can escalate into such a serious physical dependency. I consume about 1-2 cups a day myself. Honestly, how does someone even find the time to physically drink 100 cups?!

Only weekends I take Coffee. All other days, I take only Tea.
