I don’t drink tea or coffee. Caffeine is a very strong stimulant. If there is a high, there is definitely a low! I feel self-stimulation is more powerful than out-sourcing it. Not to forget the side effects that it can cause!

I do not drink coffee. Caffeine is a compound that overstimulates and also disrupts sleep cycle when consumed at wrong hours of the day.

1-2 cups of coffee on daily basis is safe for our health.But,if you are taking more than 4 cups of coffee daily then it will affect your health.You may face symptoms like anxiety, sleep disturbances,acid reflux, increased heart rate and high blood pressure.

Avoid taking coffee more than 4 cups on daily basis,also do not add sugar.
