Dealing with laziness

How do you deal with burn out/ boredom/laziness??

Take a break! That takes away the monotony. Eg: watch a movie, read a book, go for vacation, take a day off, etc.

It’s okay to feel lazy once in a while.

Give yourself a break.
Do whatever you feel like doing.
Eat in bed.
Binge watch your fav series.
Or simply spend the day sleeping and doing nothing.

Come back stronger the other day.

To beat boredom,I love watching funny videos.I always see life as a comedy and think of us as just characters in a big drama,so why not have fun with it?it might sound a little weird,but it helps me enjoy the moment

Go out on a long drive with your favorite music blazing on the speakers , get your favorite coffee now that you are already out , later get home and get a good long nap and forget everything else .

Take a break.. watch a movie, eat what u like , spend some time doing what u like .. or just sleep .. your body needs rest too..

If you feel lazy at times, its normal. Can go to sleep for a while, or go for sight seeing like your favorite shopping place, Check out new things that have arrived there. You will feel good after that.
